INSTANT REBATES are additional savings given to you as special incentives to buy specific products sponsored by our suppliers. These rebates are given only once to the first-time buyers of that product and only on the first item of a multiple quantity purchase. To get these savings, you must complete the application process for each product in your cart that has the "Instant Rebate" listed. This application process is quite simple and in most cases only requires you to enter your name and email address. In other cases, you might be required to answer a short survey or view a future product announcement. "Instant Rebates" are cumulative for each product in your cart and are deducted from the total amount of your order at check-out time. It's important that you complete the check process after you have registered for these rebates or you will forfeit the savings for this order.

Warranty/Return Policy:
SDPdirect offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Special Order items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to
Service@SDPdirect.com and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for the return. There is a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective merchandise being returned.
